About the case
The European Broker Meeting is currently the largest network event for international IT brokers and was organised for the 15th time in 2019. Every year, more than 750 participants from roughly 280 companies based in 36 countries around the world travel to this event. 2019’s organisers chose the Mediterranean coastline of Monte Carlo as the location for this networking event. Before that, the event has been hosted in Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Rome, Prague, Lisbon, Berlin, Budapest, Riga, Dublin, Athens and Warsaw. To promote knowledge transfer and exchange of views, more than 4,000 meetings were initiated during the two-day event, allowing brokers to meet with clients old and new.
Since 2016, Cartoseat has provided the sponsors with sustainable furniture for the networking areas. Good branding, printed bar tables and bar stools contributed to greater visibility for the sponsors on both days of the event. For a travelling event like the European Broker Meeting, reliable handling and execution of distribution is indispensable. Mario Biemans, organiser of the European Broker Meeting and manager of the portal “TheBrokerSite.com”, says: “Both we and our sponsors are enthusiastic about the creative and highly sustainable event furniture. They are an eye-catcher for our event.” Cardboard design furniture has already been ordered for the next event in Hamburg, in late 2021.
